President
Tom is the owner/operator of the longest operating shellfish hatchery in Florida. He has farmed/harvested full size clams and operated wholesale/wet storage facilities since 1995. The primary objective is to produce seed for industry year-round. He currently works with various governmental, research, and restoration groups on numerous projects. Tom has specialized his expertise with producing and growing emerging species such as the Sunray Venus Clam with other species in the works.
Administrative Director
Graduated from Florida State University with a master's degree and has been with GFSC for 24 years. Leslie has been vital with administrative organization and developing our grant and research programs. She provides support to the CEO working alongside the team to facilitate growth and uphold the core values of the company.
Hatchery and Operations Manager
Graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in Marine Biology. Zach has been with GFSC since 2022 and has played a vital role in hatchery expansion and R&D of live feed operations to produce year-round quality seed. He is also involved in various shellfish research and restoration efforts at GFSC.
Hatchery and Live Feeds
Lifelong agriculture and farming enthusiast. Bobby has training and specialized certification in aquaculture from the Indian River State College. He has 20-year experience in the field recently expanding into shellfish larvae rearing and microalgae production.
Hatchery Technician
Quinten assists in all hatchery operations at GFSC providing support and maintains all broodstock to ensure year-round seed production.

Alama is a graduate of University of Alaska. She is dedicated to all hatchery operations providing support for larvae and post set shellfish.
